Workshop Overview - Presentation Skills
Making a Powerful Presentation calls for confidence and it requires the ability to get a message across. By teaching participants the techniques of successful presentation making, this workshop imbues them with confidence. They leave it able to make presentations which are memorable and which influence listeners in a positive way.
The workshop uses a mix of instruction, video recording and play back, one-to-one coaching and group exercises. It invites participants to critically examine their existing method of preparation and provides them with a fail-safe alternative. It looks at the importance of body language, voice tone and projection, establishing rapport with an audience and the use of visual aids.
This workshop is highly interactive: all participants make three formal and a number of informal presentations and receive focussed one-to-one coaching.
